This role is all about understanding behaviour, not reacting to it. A welcoming Secondary specialist school in Durham is looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil with autism and associated behavioural needs.

  • Supporting emotional regulation and communication
  • Using visual schedules and structured routines
