We are looking for a passionate Maths Tutor to provide 1:1 support for secondary-aged students across KS3 and KS4.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering personalised Maths lessons
  • Adapting teaching approaches to suit individual learners
  • Differentiating work to ensure accessibility and challenge
  • Using scaffolding techniques to support understanding and independence
  • Monitoring progress and adapting sessions accordingly

Essential:

  • Experience teaching or tutoring secondary Maths
  • PGCE qualification desirable
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence teaching KS3 and GCSE Maths content

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. We offer FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
