They’re looking for an Enhanced Teaching Assistant who understands that progress doesn’t always come in big leaps; sometimes it’s a glance, a calm moment, or a breakthrough smile. What your days will look like:

  • Supporting pupils with profound and severe learning difficulties and autism
  • Helping children access learning through sensory-based and personalised approaches

  • Creating a calm, safe, and consistent environment where pupils can thrive
