You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming team who help pupils build confidence and independence in every lesson. Whether it’s supporting communication, encouraging engagement, or offering reassurance during tricky moments, your calm presence will make all the difference.
Responsibilities- Supporting learners with autism, ADHD, and sensory needs
- Helping with personal care and daily routines
- Creating a calm, positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and therapists
- Experience supporting young people with SEND (in work, volunteering, or personal life)
