Looking to make a real difference to one child, every single day? We’re working with a caring specialist school in the Durham area that’s looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional behavioural needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
  • Helping a pupil manage emotions and behaviour in a positive way
  • Supporting learning, routines, and transitions
  • Using behaviour strategies agreed with the wider team
  • Being a calm, consistent presence when things feel overwhelming

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
