As a Student Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 both in and out of the classroom
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND or additional needs
  • Help manage behaviour and keep students engaged in learning
  • Support during lessons, break times, and transitions throughout the school day
  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
  • Act as a positive, consistent presence for students who need extra support
