The Role
As a Sports Graduate, you may work as a
- Teaching Assistant

You’ll gain invaluable experience by
- Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.

- A degree in
Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education or a related subject.
- A passion for supporting young people.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

- The ability to act as a positive role model.
- Previous coaching, mentoring, tutoring or youth work experience is desirable but not essential.
