A welcoming SEND provision is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in small groups and 1:1.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with communication and engagement
- Maintaining routines and positive behaviour strategies
- Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
- Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
