A welcoming SEND provision is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in small groups and 1:1.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with communication and engagement
  • Maintaining routines and positive behaviour strategies
  • Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
  • Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
