Are you good at building relationships and helping young people feel heard? As a Pupil Mentor, you’ll support students who need extra encouragement to stay engaged with school life.

Daily pay: £90–£110

The role:

  • Mentoring students one-to-one or in small groups
  • Supporting confidence, behaviour and engagement
  • Acting as a trusted adult during the school day
  • Working closely with pastoral and attendance teams
  • Helping students set goals and reflect on progress

This is a role where relationships really matter. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
