What You'll Do
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and able to access education. You’ll be involved in:
- 1:1 pupil support
- Small-group interventions
- Supporting children with Autism and ADHD
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Behaviour support
- Classroom learning
- Communication development
- Building pupil confidence
- Working alongside teachers and SENCOs
