Protocol Education is working with a specialist SEND and SEMH provision in Newcastle upon Tyne looking for a Psychology Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant.

This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience supporting young people who may experience challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation and social communication.

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Pay: £92.63 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
  • Assisting with behaviour support plans
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Encouraging positive engagement with learning
  • Delivering small-group interventions
  • Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
