A post-16 SEND provision is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to help young people prepare for adulthood.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting learners with independence and life skills
- Assisting with vocational and community-based learning
- Encouraging communication and confidence
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
