The Role
- Provide one-to-one and small-group pastoral support to students
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Support students with attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and emotional regulation
- Help remove barriers that prevent students from engaging with learning
- Work closely with Heads of Year, pastoral leaders, teachers and families
- Promote resilience, confidence and positive decision-making
- Be a consistent, positive role model throughout the school day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
