Pay: £110–£140 per day

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Newcastle that places a big emphasis on pastoral care, wellbeing, and giving students the support they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring for pupils who need extra support

  • Celebrating progress and being a positive role model

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, or community roles)
  • Can listen, empathise, and build strong relationships
  • Has resilience, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
