We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Newcastle that places a big emphasis on pastoral care, wellbeing, and giving students the support they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring for pupils who need extra support

- Celebrating progress and being a positive role model
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, or community roles)
- Can listen, empathise, and build strong relationships
- Has resilience, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping young people succeed
