Are you passionate about helping learners overcome barriers and reach their potential? We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist setting that prioritises inclusion, personalised support and positive outcomes. You will provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum while supporting their emotional wellbeing and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group learning support.
- Support pupils to understand tasks and classroom routines.

- Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs.
