Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity with Permanent Potential
The Role
As a Learning Mentor, you will:
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to students across KS3 and KS4
- Help students overcome social, emotional and academic barriers to learning
- Support attendance, engagement and positive behaviour
- Build trusting relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
- Work closely with teachers, Heads of Year, the SEND team and families
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve wellbeing, motivation and progress
- Encourage students to develop independence, self-belief and positive attitudes towards learning

We're Looking For
- Experience working with young people in education, youth work, mentoring, coaching or care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, resilient and empathetic individuals
- Confident professionals who can motivate and inspire students
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Education, Childhood Studies or related subjects are particularly encouraged to apply.
