What you'll be doing:

  • Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities at KS5
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop practical, theoretical, and performance skills
  • Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and a lifelong appreciation of music
  • Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential
  • Leading or contributing to concerts, performances, clubs, and enrichment activities
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Has experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting
  • Is passionate about inspiring young musicians and performers
  • Has strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every lesson
