We have both daily supply and long-term opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Working with individual pupils and small groups
- Assisting children with varying learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning activities
- Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Are positive, patient and proactive
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Can adapt confidently to different school environments
- Previous experience working within a school is desirable but not essential
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one through Protocol Education
