Teacher of Mathematics (Permanent) Secondary School – Redbridge
Start Date: April/September 2026 (or earlier by negotiation)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London), dependent on experience
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful and supportive Maths department at a thriving secondary school in the London Borough of Redbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or an experienced teacher looking to further develop their practice within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available for suitable candidates)
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote high achievement
- Contribute positively to the Maths department and wider school community
- Use assessment effectively to support progress for all learners
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold QTS (or be on track to achieve it)
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
- Be committed to high expectations and inclusive practice
- Be reflective, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
