We’re supporting a well-regarded secondary school in the BS25 area with a Maths Cover Teacher. This role is for ECTs and FQTs looking to build a connection with the school through day-to-day activity for an immediate start, moving into long-term work. This is perfect for experienced maths teachers or strong supply specialists seeking impactful work in a supportive environment.
Day to day pay: £130 - £150
Long-term role pay: to your M Scale
The school: This school is a thriving 11–18 secondary and sixth form set in a beautiful rural location, serving students from early secondary through A Level. The role: As a Maths Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity for pupils in the maths department during this period of cover.

Classes and year groups will be confirmed once your availability is known, but this is a full-time classroom role over the required cover period.

What we need to clear you: To get you ready to work, we’ll need:
- Passport
- 2 proofs of address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill, council tax, P45/60)
- CV covering 10 years of work/education, with gaps explained
- 2 years of references (recent teaching references where possible)
- Overseas Police Check (OSPC) if you’ve lived overseas for 3+ months in last 5 years
