What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting individual students or small groups within the classroom
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
  • Helping deliver learning activities that make a real difference
  • Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider pastoral team
  • Bringing patience, humour, and a good sense of direction (literally and figuratively)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting young people in school, youth work, or similar roles
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
  • Someone who can be both firm and fair—especially important in secondary settings
  • A strong male role model, especially for students needing that consistent presence
