What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting individual students or small groups within the classroom
- Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Helping deliver learning activities that make a real difference
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider pastoral team
- Bringing patience, humour, and a good sense of direction (literally and figuratively)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting young people in school, youth work, or similar roles
- A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
- Someone who can be both firm and fair—especially important in secondary settings
- A strong male role model, especially for students needing that consistent presence
