Seeking an LSA/TA/Care Assistant/Support Worker!
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a specialist school in Havering. You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have a variety of special needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!
A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

Responsibilities
This school require staff on a long term, full-time and permanent basis (5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm).
Support a team working with children who have various SEND needs, with a focus on building positive relationships and supporting individual learning needs.
Qualifications
- Certificates in Manual handling, Hoist, First Aid, Care would be admired.
- No experience is required; however, a healthcare or social care background or personal experience supporting SEND is beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
