We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
About the role:
You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Encourage engagement with learning activities
- Work alongside staff to implement behaviour strategies
Requirements:
- Resilient, calm, and patient
