We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND within an Early Years setting.
About the role
You will work closely with Reception pupils, supporting early development, play-based learning, and school readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs
- Support play-based and sensory learning activities
- Help with routines, transitions, and social development
- Encourage communication and independence
- Work closely with EYFS staff and SENCO
