We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND within an Early Years setting.

About the role

You will work closely with Reception pupils, supporting early development, play-based learning, and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs
  • Support play-based and sensory learning activities
  • Help with routines, transitions, and social development
  • Encourage communication and independence
  • Work closely with EYFS staff and SENCO
