Are you passionate about nurturing young learners in their most formative years? Protocol Education is working with a number of mainstream primary schools in Southwark to recruit Early Years Educators who are committed, caring, and ready to make a meaningful impact in Reception and Nursery classrooms.

This role offers the chance to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing at a crucial stage, while working alongside experienced class teachers and inclusive school teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
  • Assisting with classroom routines, small group work, and 1:1 support
  • Promoting positive play, communication, and early social skills
  • Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support individual needs

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have experience working with children aged 3–5 in school or nursery settings
  • Understand the EYFS framework and child development milestones
  • Are creative, proactive, and confident in leading small group activities
  • Are committed to safeguarding and supporting inclusive education
