The Role

  • Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
