What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting and extending children’s development through play and structured activities

  • Contributing to planning, observations, and assessments in line with EYFS

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Working in partnership with parents, carers, and the wider school team

  • Helping little ones grow in confidence, independence, and love of learning

What we’re looking for:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

  • Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting

  • A warm, engaging approach with excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development

  • Someone who’s happy to sing silly songs, read stories with gusto, and clean glitter off everything!
