About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Assistant to support the development, learning, and care of children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced educators to provide a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where every child can thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observing and assessing children’s progress in line with EYFS standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Contributing to a positive team culture and helping children flourish
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- A genuine love of working with children
