We’re looking for a confident Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in West Kensington. If you’re someone who can step in, take initiative, and create a calm, engaging space for young learners, this could be a great fit. The Role
You’ll be supporting within a busy EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
- Support learning through play and child-led activities
- Work confidently as part of a team
- Bring energy, structure, and consistency to the setting
Key Details
- Start: Immediate (following a successful trial)
- Hours: 7:30–3:30 and 10:00–6:00 (shift pattern)
- Location: Kensington and Chelsea
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential, must count in ratios)
- Experience in a nursery or school-based EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Confidence supporting play-based learning

Benefits and Requirements
All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent. Free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training is provided to all workers. An enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service are required.
