The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's learning through play-based activities and experiences
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Encouraging children's communication, social, and emotional development
- Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care where required
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promoting inclusive practice and supporting every child to reach their potential
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
