The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning materials

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people, either within education or a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous Teaching Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND
  • Behaviour support or intervention experience
  • Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or support work
  • Thrive training or a willingness to undertake professional development
