The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the school premises are safe, clean, secure, and fully operational for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the school site.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds.
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks.
  • Monitoring contractors and visitors on site.
  • Supporting with deliveries and site logistics.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the school grounds.
  • Reporting and escalating maintenance issues where appropriate.
  • Assisting with emergency procedures and site inspections.
