The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the school premises are safe, clean, secure, and fully operational for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the school site.
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds.
- Conducting regular health and safety checks.
- Monitoring contractors and visitors on site.
- Supporting with deliveries and site logistics.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the school grounds.
- Reporting and escalating maintenance issues where appropriate.
- Assisting with emergency procedures and site inspections.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or site supervision role is desirable.
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
