We're recruiting for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing Leeds primary school supporting pupils with a range of complex needs. This role is ideal for someone who believes every child deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of the barriers they face.
You'll be:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Encouraging communication and independence
- Assisting with learning, routines, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teaching and SEND teams
