Looking for your next role in a supportive, community-focused primary school? We're working with a welcoming school in LS15 who need an experienced Teaching Assistant to step straight in and make an impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the class teacher across KS1 or KS2
- Running small group interventions (literacy & numeracy)
- Providing 1:1 support where needed, including SEND pupils
- Helping maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a UK primary school
- Confident supporting phonics, reading and basic maths
- Calm, proactive and able to build rapport quickly
- Strong behaviour management skills
You'll be someone who can hit the ground running and support learning from day one. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
