Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their teaching career within a supportive environment that values professional development, collaboration, and pupil achievement.

The Role

The successful candidate will

We are seeking a teacher who

  • Holds or is due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Is completing or has recently completed their ECT induction.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and behaviour management skills.
  • Has a passion for improving outcomes for all learners.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.
