About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe and encouraged
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, EAL, and varying academic levels
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and fellow staff
- Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor and support progress
- Encourage strong relationships with parents and carers to support home learning
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching in KS1 or a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- A nurturing, inclusive teaching style with excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate lessons and meet individual pupil needs
- A collaborative approach to planning and a commitment to professional development
