The Role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people, either within education or a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Desirable Experience:
- Previous Teaching Assistant experience
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Behaviour support or intervention experience
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or support work
- Thrive training or a willingness to undertake professional development
