A teacher who understands that the smallest steps can lead to the biggest breakthroughs. If you're passionate about Early Years SEND education, Autism (ASC), SEMH, and helping children reach their potential through nurture, play, and personalised support, this could be the perfect role for you.
We're recruiting an Early Years SEND Teacher for a specialist school in North West Leeds, supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and complex learning difficulties. This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference during the most important stage of a child's development.

- Celebrating progress in all its forms – from first words and social interactions to academic achievements.
Why Early Years SEND Matters
In Early Years, every interaction counts. The child who joins a group activity for the first time. The child who learns to communicate a need. The child who finally feels safe enough to engage in learning. These moments may seem small to others, but they're life-changing for the children and families you support.
