Do you have a passion for helping babies learn, grow and thrive? We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team in LS11, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is ready to take the next step in their early years career. You'll be leading a dedicated team, creating inspiring learning experiences, and helping to give our youngest children the very best start in life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners
- Plan engaging activities that support each child's development
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the room maintains the highest standards of care, safety and learning
- Support and mentor team members to help them grow and succeed

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
- Has experience leading a nursery room, preferably within a baby room
- Is caring, patient and genuinely passionate about working with children
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
- Enjoys supporting and motivating others
- Can create a fun, engaging and nurturing environment for every child
