Looking for a role where you can make a real difference, every single day? We’re on the lookout for a caring and committed SEND Learning Support Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Havering. This is a full‑time role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, moderate learning difficulties, and more complex needs. You’ll be right at the heart of the classroom, helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. From supporting with daily routines to building confidence and independence, your role will have a genuine impact on each child’s school experience. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a primary classroom
- Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
- Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils thrive
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a calm, supportive environment
- Assisting with personal care where needed, always with dignity and respect
