There’s something comforting about grabbing a coffee with a sea view, especially after a busy day in the classroom.

  • A clear communicator who can support behaviour positively

  • Keen to learn and grow with the support of an experienced team

  • Helping teachers deliver engaging, accessible lessons

  • Creating a calm and inclusive classroom atmosphere

  • Encouraging pupils to build confidence and social skills

  • Contributing to progress tracking and classroom organisation

What’s in it for you?

  • A welcoming, supportive school team that values every role

  • Ongoing CPD and support from Protocol Education

  • Weekly pay through PAYE—no umbrella company fuss

  • Career-building experience in one of the North East’s friendliest boroughs

Bonus: Got a degree or relevant youth work/childcare experience? Great—but it’s not essential. What matters most is your approach.
