Salary: £89.47-£95 Per Day

Job Duties:
Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Engage: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks.
Manage: De-escalate challenging behavior with positivity and effective behavior management techniques.
Communicate: Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress.
Nurture: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
