1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Full Time)

Near Shepton Mallet — November 2025–July 2026 • Full-time, Monday to Friday

You’ll be:

  • Supporting a pupil with additional needs in class and around the school
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, nurturing support
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning
  • Helping create a calm, positive environment where every small step forward feels like a big win

You should have:

  • Experience working with children (SEND experience is a real plus)
  • A patient, caring approach and a good sense of humour
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for helping children achieve their best
