About the Role

As Cluster Lead for Science, you’ll play a key role in shaping teaching and learning across the department. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help drive high standards, support curriculum development, and ensure students receive engaging, ambitious, and inclusive Science provision. The role includes leading and supporting colleagues, promoting evidence-informed teaching strategies, and ensuring all learners, including those with SEND, Pupil Premium, or additional barriers to learning, are fully supported to achieve their potential. You’ll be joining a school that values innovation and encourages staff to think creatively about how they teach, lead, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities
