Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a calm and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with an autism profile in a welcoming primary school in the Bromley Heath area. You will help the learner access lessons, build confidence and develop independence within a friendly SEN team.
You will also support small groups and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to promote inclusion and positive behaviour, while receiving ongoing training.
