KS2 Learning Support

We're working with a number of welcoming primary schools across South Bristol that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in Key Stage 2. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their individual goals
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging active participation
• Building pupils' confidence, independence, and resilience
• Creating positive relationships with children, staff, and families

To get you registered and ready for work, we'll need:

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address
• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment and/or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including education or childcare experience where applicable
• An overseas police check if you have lived abroad for three months or more within the last five years
