Do you have the energy and patience to inspire young learners who need extra emotional support? Protocol Education are recruiting for a KS1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEMH school in Gateshead.
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
- Assisting with phonics, reading, and early numeracy
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence
- Helping create a structured and positive classroom environment
- Celebrating small wins and progress every day
