We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bristol.
What your day might look like:
- Providing 1:1 support and leading small group activities
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
- Monitoring and reporting pupil progress
- Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working as an LSA or Teaching Assistant
- A genuine passion for supporting children, ensuring they feel included and valued
- Ability to build trust quickly with pupils and staff
- A patient, positive and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
