Looking for something new this September? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and caring Behaviour Support Mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks. You could be the person to build strong, trusted relationships with young people who need a little extra support to engage and thrive in a school environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
What you’ll be doing:
- Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
- Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
- Leading small group activities
- Helping pupils engage with learning
- Support pupils to feel safe and understood
