Protocol Education are recruiting on behalf of an inclusive school in Kingswood seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting a pupil with autism to engage successfully in classroom activities.
  • Helping students develop communication, social, and emotional skills.
  • Delivering targeted intervention sessions under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Using visual aids, sensory resources, and structured routines to support learning.
  • Encouraging independence and celebrating individual achievements.
  • Assisting pupils during lessons, breaktimes, and transitions throughout the school day.

Our partner school caters for pupils aged 3-11 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication and interaction difficulties, and moderate learning needs.
